New record in model driven app not initializing embedded canvas app

Hi,

I have a canvas app embedded in my model driven app. When selecting "+" to create a new record, I don't see my canvas app (see attached image). Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    Found the answer. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. "Embedded canvas apps are not displayed when creating a new record since they need a record context to be passed to them."
