Data in forms lost when moving between screens

When using the powerapps online editor, I submit data using my app and it works fine. I published the latest version and for some reason when using the app (Not in the editor) the forms lose their values so I cant use th app to submit information. Their are no functions affecting this as it works in the editor. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It has been happening ever since the new update. Previous versions of powerapps work fine. I published this app on the latest version and need theh functionality.

Is it using a SQL datasource?

No, it’s using a Sharepoint list. Other apps I created a few weeks back using the same sources still works fine. I published the older apps again yesterday, after which it started to give me the same problem, so I had to revert it back to an older version.

Its like the forms revert back to the source defaults when navigating to new screens.

I have a similar problem when using a ListBox control in a VB.NET / VS2022 app I am creating that includes multiple forms and the user can switch between the forms.  Assume Form1 is the main form where user runs the logic that produces text results that can be viewed via a ListBox on Form2.  After running the analysis logic on Form1, the user switches to Form2 to see the results OR uses a button on Form1 to see the same results in a text file they can view/edit/ save.  Great, works fine UNTIL user switches from Form2. back to Form1, then to view the file via a "View Results File" button on Form1.  Goes back the Form1, and tries to view the results on Form2's ListBox, and it's EMPTY!  Strangely SOMETIMES the data on Form2 is still present!  ONLY one place ever clears the Form2 ListBox on purpose, i.e. when the user presses a "RUN ANALYSIS" button on Form1 - the logical time to erase the Form2 ListBox.

Stumped!!!  Glad to see I'm NOT crazy - well yet!

    Ideas appreciated...
