I am creating a PDF with the standard method using power automate, create/convert one drive file. I have some rich text fields in my power app that feed a sharepoint list multi line text columns. The PDF generated just fine, however for the rich text fields, the formatting is dropping from the 1st line in the text boxes.
Here is the HTML snip for one of the rich text boxes 'Problem Description'
<span style="font-family: tahoma"><strong>Problem Description:</strong</span> ['ProblemDescription']
This is what it looks like in the app:
Here is what the PDF is doing, notice the numbering gets wonky:
Hi @vvSTRIDEvv ,
I've made a test and encountered the same problem
The point is that the convert file action is not very compatible with HTML files containing CSS styles. You can consider creating a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
Power Apps Ideas - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
The product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
Currently, my alternative is to use a 3rd party connector(Encodian😞
