Cannot create an entity while the namespace is being provisioned

I am now getting a new message when trying to create a new entity - "Cannot create an entity while the namespace is being provisioned";

I have tried leaving the screen open for several minutes before hitting 'create' but no joy :S

    Hi,

     

    There might be something wrong with your entity name. Please take a screenshot of this:

    Also test with a new one with a simple name.

    Hi,

     

    In the screenshot of your first reply, I only see the default fields but the details of the properties on the right side is not of those fields. May I know all your fields so that I could try to reproduce your issue?

    Here is the one field being added (if only picklists were editable Smiley LOL....);
