Accessing Conversation Transcripts after Bulk deletion

Hi,

 

Is there any way we can restore the conversation transcripts which were deleted by the job - "Bulk Delete Conversation Transcript Records". We recently changed the default settings and wanted to understand if there is any way we can still recover the past data.

    Hi @RoopaD,

     

    Dataverse environments have backups (from 7 to 28 days depending on the environment type):

    Back up and restore environments - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

     

    Otherwise, if ConversationTranscript records haven't been enabled for audit, or if the data hasn't been exported elsewhere, the data is lost.
