Hello !

I'm very new to power apps and I would like to create a view from a SPO list.

My list name is : Correction

Here are me columns :

» Creator   |LAST NAME, First name of the employee who created the request. Data is from dropdown Office 365 choices within our organisation]

» Helper Employee   |LAST NAME, First name of the employee that took the request and will resolve it. Data is from dropdown Office 365 choices within our organisation]

» Request number

» Status (list of 4 choices : Not Started, Done, Pending, On it)   |Only one choice must be selected.

» Date   |Date the request was submitted

So my first question is :

I would like a gallery that has labels with the name of the helpers (employees). When a label is selected then the gallery will show all the files that has NOT the status Done for this helper.

My second question is :

Meanwhile, I'm working on creatong a edit form next to the gallery mentionned above.

Is it possible to create a button that will fill all items in my edit form but with the oldest request submitted and the column Helper Employee blank ?

Ouf, I hope everything makes sense 🙂 I'm new to this AND English is my second language.

Thank you so much for your help !

Kindly,

Audrey2

    Hi @Audrey2 ,

    Firstly the Items of the gallery would be (you have to select all the others for this to be Delegable)

    Filter(
     SPListName,
     Status = "Not Started" ||
     Status = "Pending" ||
     Status = "On it"
    )

    The video mentioned is a basic tutorial on a Form. You can certainly Default fields to any value that is accessible - if you wanted the first record, it would be First(ListName).FieldName
