Hi

I want to subscribe E5 developer account for 90 days free trail, but on my dashboard I got message that I am not eligible for E5 sandbox trial subscription. And there is no reason mentioned. Kindly help me regarding this.

Thank you

So just to start an E5 thing is not a Power Platform thing. Are you trying to get a free Developer Subscription?

Can you share what link you are trying?

Can you please verify, if you have already had a subscription before, and if this is via a Work or Personal Account?

Can you also try to do it in an Incognito Browser please.

But share some pictures of the steps you are taking would help just to verify.

    Thanks

Please check this snapshot, I got this message. And I can not create developer account for trial period. Please help me to resolve this issue. I want to use PowerApps, Sharepoint, PowerBI, and Power Automate

    Thanks.

Thank you kindly for the photo.

Can I ask, is this your business / school account you are currently logged in with?

    Can you start here

I am wondering if A you already have done this before, or you are using a business account it blocks it. I would go to the link above instead and click on the getting started with Power Platform.

Please do that incognito or private mode and let me know if that helps you get passed it. If this IS a business account it could very well be blocking you.

The Microsoft 365 E5 Developer account is limited to those with Visual Studio Pro/Enterprise subscriptions, those with a Partner relationship with Microsoft, or those with premier support. There are full details on the Microsoft site.

The E5 program used to be available to all but it changed some time ago to include only the eligible groups specified in the above link. The message in your screenshot that says you 'don't qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program Sandbox subscription' is because of this.
