GitHub integration two part authentication request

We have been using the GitHub source code feature for over a year now without any issues but recently we have been asked to enable two part authentication by Github for the account we are using for this.  Powerapps is using the github userid and access key to authenticate with this repository.  Does anyone know if this will affect our application?
