Create multiple SharePoint list items from multiple response Microsoft Form using Power Automate

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have a workflow where stakeholders submit communication requests through an MS Form and then my team manages the editorial calendar for these requests in a SharePoint List. I have created a Power Automate flow that creates a SharePoint List item for the forms responses, but I want to add an action that splits SP items into multiple rows for multiple select responses for a specific question - i.e.

IF the response is:

Title | Description | Owner | Channel 1, Channel 2, Channel 3

THEN return SP items:

Title | Description | Owner | Channel 1

Title | Description | Owner | Channel 2

Title | Description | Owner | Channel 3

    Hi @zrudio  ,

This gets a bit tricky with Forms as the multi-choice column schema output needs further attention.
