Hi Team,

My form is connected to a table in Dataverse.

When I go to the items of the choice drop down, I get the below error.

I am trying to read a value from the selected dropdown.

I keep on getting the error "This data type is unsupported for evaluation".

My mission is to know if the value is changed or not, so though of looping through form.Updates and find the changes. During this process realized there is some issue with the choice column and noticed the above issue.

Below is my choice column :

Can you please help to figure out what's going wrong here ?

Screenshot is too small and illegible. The drop down name is the name of the control.

Thanks for reply. Sorry trying get sorted with the basics. Where can I get the dropdown name ? The column name is as shown below.

The default value is as shown below.

Don't use the data card value

To read the value from the dropdown use drpDownName.Selected.Value

For multiple selection it should be drpDownName.SelectedItems which produces a table of the selected items
