Powerapps Gallery is not filtering data based on Users from SharePoint column

Hello There,

Greetings!!

I am trying to filter a gallery control on a SharePoint column which a People and Group column where "Allow multiple selections:" is set to Yes.

Please help me with this issue.

Hello!

You have to use 'in' in this case

Filter('New Hire Selling', User().Email in 'Assigned To'.Email);

But beware as this is non-delegable, which means if your datasource exceeds 500-2000 row limit, data may not load correctly

If delegation is a must, you can check this video out on a workaround. PowerApps Delegation & Gallery Filtering using multi select Choice and Lookup Columns (Part 4)
Another way is archiving old records and keeping the datasource under the limit
