Hello,
I am importing child records for account but account ABC Corp exit twice in dynamics one in active and other is inactive
I have added status column in excel with Active values.
on import i am choosing fields for related record type Account Name and Status.
But still getting
A duplicate lookup reference was found.
Any suggestion ?

even if duplicate account is there which is inactive

Hi @Shafdev,
To make sure you don't actually have any other duplicates, create a duplicate detection rule for Account based on account name and status. Then run a duplicate detection job.
Also, are you using the classic import wizard? If so, you should be able to map the Account Lookup to the Account name and Status fields as shown below.
