Model driven app - Page Icon and Related table icon

I noticed the following issues -

 

I added icons to the Pages as below. All the pages are Table based.

The icon shows up in the main page perfectly. But when you drill down on any table and try to navigate to a child related table, the icons do not appear -

How do I add the icons to the 'Related' dropdown.

    Thanks. I do know that would be the fix but then what if I have two model driven apps where I want the icons to be different?

    That's not customizable feature in DV
