Hi, I have created several AI agents in Copilot Studio and i'am considering purchasing a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. I also see in Copilot Studio that I can build workflows for my AI agents, but to what extent is this possible without needing an additional Power Automate license? For example, can I have my AI agent create content or generate a summary and automatically save it in a Word document in my OneDrive? Is this possible? And what exactly is possible without a paid Power Automate license or can someone define 'workflows'? Love to hear it. Thanks!
So this is something, I always push hard for you to contact Microsoft.
But let's make it simple. If you build an Agent, and that agent is an Automated Agent (Power Automate Triggers) or you are going to call a Flow, you need a PA License.
Now.. is some version covered under the license you are thinking about buying, to my knowledge no. But there are Microsoft Office 365 licenses that DO in fact cover PA and PAuto.
So pretty please call Microsoft to verify, don't get caught with fines.
