Dear All,
I have created 2 PVA bots in Teams, one in French and one in English because in my company we have English and French speakers. We have managed to create a link in topics in order to switch from one bot to another.
The current method is not user-friendly since a pop up appears, asking the user to add the French bot to the teams + we would have 2 apps in the left navigation bar if the user pins the French app on top of the English app.
I was thinking about a way to display the bot according to the user's language set up in Teams and create the following rule: if the Teams is in french display the French bot. otherwise display the English bot.
How could we do this? with Teams API?
Would it need a specific license?
