Use AI Builder offline

I am building an app that use AI Builder Text Recognition Component. But we want to run it offline. I am wondering if the OCR still work without internet?

    AI Builder is a cloud service, I am afraid it cannot run offline.If you need this feature I suggest you post your ideal on the ideal forum.
