Hi everyone

I have two sharepoint lists with 1:N relationship.

In the App, there’s a gallery displaying parent list, and i’d like to filter the gallery based on the field of child list?

i’m able to achieve this, but always get a delegation warning!
Is there any method to filter as my expected without delegation issue?

Any suggestion is appreciated!

Nelson

    Please supply the formula for filtering that you are using and a screenshot of the warning.

    Hi Drrickryp,

    I'm using Sharepoint list. Apply_ID is the foreign key to Parent Table. The formulas is like as below:

    Filter(ParentTable, ID in Filter(ChildTable,Author.Email = User().Email, isAudit=false).Apply_ID)

    I knew that in operator is not delegable to SharePoint, but I have no other way to get that.

    Do you have any suggestion?

    Thanks,

    Nelson

    Hi @SikY ,

    I'm afraid there is no delegable way to achieve this requirement. But if the number of rows in ParentTable is less than 2000, you could ignore this warning.

    1\ Try this formula

    With(
     {UserEmail:User().Email},
     Filter(
     ParentTable,
     ID in Filter(ChildTable,Author.Email = UserEmail:User && isAudit).Apply_ID
     )
    )

    2\Set the data row limit to 2000
