Bot ending conversation right after the greeting

Hi, I have a PVA web version chatbot on teams and I'm noticing this error where as soon as I start chatting with the bot, it displays the greeting message and just ends the conversation right after, displaying the message 'Did that answer your question?'. Any help would be really appreciated!

    Hi @Anonymous - if you test the bot inside PVA, does it work? Are you using "Teams Only" option for authentication?
