How to sync up a new field from Project Task table to Tasks in Project for the Web in Project Accelerator?

Hello,
I have Project Accelerator in my environment and I noticed that the Tasks for project for the web are synched with the Project Tasks table in Dataverse. 
Project for the web tasks:

It then shows up in the Project Task table.

I want to add a yes/no field to Project Task table and I'm wondering if there is a way to sync a field between the two, similar to the built in fields? I tried adding it on the project for the web side but it didn't work either.

    Since the task view is a custom component managed by Microsoft, we can't customize it (unfortunately).

     

    We sometimes add a new tab to the project information view and show a subgrid of the project task table to be able to show custom fields, that's the best work around.
