Hello, We upgrade our power-apps licensing to PowerApps per app plan (10 apps)  and we don't know what to do next. We have a few apps that have premium connectors but we don't how to assign to license to these apps. Can someone help please and give us  introductions  or explanation how to use this. I know there is Portal site and Should be an admin portal where you can manage those apps or licenses?

Thanks,

The per App plan is indeed per app/per user/per month.  So if all your users are using all 10 apps then it would be cheaper and easier to just buy the per user plan at $40 per user /per month.

Per App licenses are assigned in the Power Platform portal.  You can read the instructions here:

    Hi @LEARN_IT ,

Do you purchase 5 PowerApps Per App plan license on your side (may be for your Org)?

Actually, when you purchased PowerApps Per App plan license for your account, it would auto-detect how many apps you created in your PowerApps Environment.  For PowerApps Per App plan , individual users could only create/run two apps (canvas app or Model-Driven app) at most for a specific business scenario based on the full capabilities of PowerApps.

E.G. If you purchased one PowerApps Per App Plan for your account, you could only create and run two apps at most. If you want to create/run additional apps, you need to purchase additional PowerApps Per App Plan.

Please check the following article for more details:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-flow-licensing-faq#how-is-microsoft-powerapps-and-microsoft-flow-licensed

If you want to run 100 canvas app on your side, you need to purchase 5 PowerApps Per App Plan licenses for your account ($ 10 user/app/month * 5). As an cheaper one, I think the PowerApps Per User plan ($ 40 user/month) would be a better choice for you, and you could create/run unlimited applications (within service limits) based on the full capabilities of PowerApps using PowerApps Per User plan.

One quick correction.  If you purchase a per App license you can only create two apps on that particular license.  you can buy multiple per app licenses and use them for different sets of Apps.  Obviously once you reach 4 sets used by all users its just as cheap to buy the per user license.
