1. Does PowerApps Portal have all CMS capabilities similar to   Wordpress or Drupal or Solodev?

Please write down available & unavailable CMS features with PowerApps portal.

    Very short answer is, can you do CMS with Portals --> YES, you can.

    is it user friendly --> NO.
