Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello,

Teams and SharePoint side of the system are working great. The only tool experiencing the issues are ones using custom forms.
Anyone attempting to add an entry into the SharePoint list using the custom form in Teams is being prompted to "sign in" this is new, just started yesterday or within the last week. (Has been working fine up until this point, no recent changes on our side)

Any idea what changed, or ideas to fix this?
