Power platform environment not shown on admin center

Hi,
a colleague of mine  created the environment on Power Platform using the admin center a give me the role of administrator but I'm only able to see the environment using https://make.powerapps.com/environments/**** while the same environment is not present on the enviroment's list in the Admin Center.

Could you please help me to understand why and how can I make it also visible in the admin center?

I need to use the admin center to give specific permission to users and link di Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations tables to my Dataverse.

Thanks and best regards,

Matteo

    Hi @flowmttpepe ,

Generally, if you have the SA (system administrator) role of the environment, you should be able to see the correct environment in PPAC.

If your colleague hasn't assigned you the role yet, try contacting him.

If he has assigned you the role, I believe this is due to some reason it's not showing up.

You can try the following steps.

1\ access ppac in browser private mode.

    2\ Clear browser cache

3\Wait for a while due to PPAC sync delay.

As a workaround, I suggest you access this link.

    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments/environment/<environment id>/hub

//You can copy the environment id from powerapps portal (make.powerapps.com).

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky

    Hi Wearsky,
Thank you for your suggestion but it didn’t work either.
We found the problem was relate to the fact that I was using a guest user email to access to the env and It seems that it is impossible to access to the admin center with a guest user. Am I right?
As a workaround for now we created a new internal user in the AAD and give It the same permission and in worked.

    Thanks again for your help.
    BR,
    Matteo
