Display Drop Down Options in Power Apps

Hi there,

I am trying to get my Drop Down List in Power Apps to point to a column in my SharePoint List.

This column is a drop down list, which contains several different options. I want those options to appear in the Drop Down List in Power Apps.

I have set up the SharePoint connector to the sharepoint site I am working on but it doesn't display that column in the Power Apps. I've created other columns (single line of text, etc) and they all appear successfully within the Power Apps.

Any way of getting around this?

If you are using Power App Edit form with your SharePoint list as data source, you will see the drop down control with values on the form automatically.

If you are NOT using Edit form and you are placing a drop down control on the screen manually, then I recommend having all the values in the SharePoint choice column in a separate list and connect the drop down to the new list. This is better way rather than connecting to the choice column in a SP list.
