I have a power app that uses a barcode reader that is working with most of our team without issue. However, I have recently received a new device and when the barcode reader is selected, the app shuts down showing no error message.
The device in question is a Google Pixel 8 Pro and I have also tested with another device of the same model/build with the same results.

My organisation intends to roll these devices out as replacements to staff members current devices as they become due.
I have been in contact with some from the help team by email, but they wanted me to raise a ticket for this. The process for raising a ticket seems to run in circles or dead ends at an empty page, so I am hopeful someone here may be able to press the correct persons buttons and get some sort of action on this.
