Power app that populates SP list not showing filtered dropdowns for some users

Please help.  I built an app that creates an entry in a SharePoint list.  I did a canvas app vs. a customized form because I couldn't get cascading dropdowns to work in the customized form (Topic, System and Output are filtered based on the Department selected).  Anyway, I have two users who are not able to see the options in the filtered lists...they're just blank.  I have double and triple checked the SP lists that those fields pull from, and they are populated correctly, and the users have edit permissions to the lists.  I have also checked their licenses and they have the same as everyone else. The form works correctly for all other users/departments.  Thanks for your help.

    Hi @etucker93

Do they get any errors or is it just blank.

Also, please use some pictures so we can see what you are trying to explain and hehe leave out the stuff we don't need because it just distracts and take more of our time.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Hi @etucker93 ,

If these two users have the rights to run the app (it have been shared with them). I can think of following to check:

    1. If the users really have the rights to the list - use the permission checker:  List settings -> Permission for this list -> Check Permission
    2. Check if users have rights not just for the list, but also for the items in the list. There could be some unique permission for the items in the list.
    3. Do they run the latest version of the application you have published?

You can always use the monitor session in PowerApps. Debugging canvas apps with Monitor
