Trying to create a data entry Edit Form using PowerApps

Hello Community.

We are currently using an excel form to collate data, then input into our SharePoint source list.

This form has a combination of text, date and time fields with no formulas etc. on the second page we have the same sheet, but this detail is used to create KPI's information of any issues raised on site.

we would like to create this information on a PowerApps forms replicating the same details used on the excel form design.

I have built the list in SharePoint and customised in PowerApps. I’m now getting performance warning with “Too many controls on Screen1”.  Screen1 is 1358, which exceeds the max threshold recommended of (300).

If its helps, I have attached screenshots of both the Excel form and PowerApps form.

I'm not experienced enough to know if there are other ways to avoid these issues regarding performance warning and exceeding the max threshold recommended of 300 controls.

Please help! I need advice with any ideas? or any suggestion please?

Thanking in advance
