I have just started looking at the new Portal thing in Powerapps.
I have a test "website/portal" setup. And then i have registrated as a random visitor to the website a useraccount.
But how can i as an admin manage the users/visitors that registrate to the website?
Hi @Oskarkuus ,
Do you want to manage the users that use your app?
1) You could give different environment perimission to different users by setting security role.
Here's a doc about it for your reference:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/database-security
2)When you share your app, you could choose or not choose "co-owner".
3)You could use If statement in the app. Different actions act on different users.
For example: If(User().Email=.....,formula1,formula2)

No this is not an powerapp App. This is the Powerapp Portal, website thing that is quite new.
When creating one for the first time the website have a "login" button for any visitor, clicking on it and anyone can register an account to the website.
I have signed up many test accounts now with fake emails and my private emails (not my tentant emails).
But i cant find the accounts as an admin and manage who have signed up on the powerapp portal.
