PowerApps to show largest and Oldest files from OneDrive and SharePoint

I want to build the PowerApp and Power Automate using which users can their oldest and largest files from onedrive and sharepoint and some legacy applications. Users will have ability to move those files OR delete those files. 

 

What it the best way to start and achieve it?
