Do you mean the field contains multiple questions in each row with a line break between each? Or is each question in its own row?

If it is the former, you can use the Split function to separate them into a table and display that in a Galley. If the latter, you can just use the Gallery. Then you can add the Radio button to the Gallley and Patch the answers in the OnChange of the control. Depending on wether there is more than one answer allowed yo umay want to use checkboxes, one for each answer.

This is definitely not an ideal way to store this information.

As I said you can use the Split function to separate them into a table and then display them. You will then need to decide how you are going to save the answers. Radio buttons or Checkboxes will both work to allow you to hold the answers. You can use the OnChange property of either to Patch another list.

    okay!

If this is not the idle way to store the question can you suggest me more efficient way to store this type of question in sharepoint list ?

You want to store data so it is easy to retrieve and re-use. At a minimun, each question should be a separate row. I'm not sure what you are wanting to end up with, but I would check out this video since you have this many questions to ask. The other option would be using a Microsoft Form as it is designed to gather answers to questions.
