Hi, I am looking to add a a new drop down button to the form on the attached screenshot, this power app will populate rows of data added into a share-pointPower APP Sharepint button add.png list. So far I have got my columns set up and the desired column where i want the dropdown to populate is set to a "choice".

How can I add this please?

Click "Edit" in your "Field" properties for the form and you can insert a new field for your new column or a custom card where you can add your drop down.  🙂

You can also simply insert a dropdown and change the "Items" property to the column you want:

    Choices([@'Your Sharepoint List'].'Column Name')

Not sure I totally understand, you have a couple dropdowns already. If you are trying to add from the same datasource, see if you can click on the form and click edit Fields in properties to add a new field.

Thank you both for your help, this has helped. Additionally I have a problem where an email that is auto-generated after completion gives the user what entries was filled in on the forms, can you advise on how i get this to include the newly added button option I have included please?

What is the logic behind the email? You should be able to add something like Dropdown1.selectedtext
