In PVA you can ask a Yes or No question and set the “identify” type to “Boolean”. It will save the response as “true” or “false”, when the user says “Yes”, “Yes, please”, “No Thank You”, etc.
Is there a place where I can get a list of which phrases resolve to true or false?
Hi @LLIDEN ,
You can create an entity on the Entities menu (left side), called "Custom boolean" and create two options "Yes, please" and "No, please".
And inside your topic, you can configure to use in the Identify field the "Custom boolean" entity with your custom boolean.

Hi,
It's based on a model trained on examples of commonly observed variations of 'Yes' and 'No' so we don't have a finite list you can use. The model-based approach helps us continually improve handling of the variation.
Thanks.
