It is adding the apply to each because this item is returning an array.

Convert the array into a string using the Join action.

Put that string in the To: of your Email

    Hello,

This loop (Apply to each) is automatic create, when I put the dynamic email table. Do you know how to take off this loop?

    1. Create an array variable
    2. Remove your email action outside the loop
    3. Use append to array variable action in the loop to create your collection
    4. Use Create HTML action outside the loop with your collection as input
    5. Use the email action outside the loop with the Output of create HTML action as body
