Hi everyone,
We have two environments with in total 3 app passes (Power Apps Per App Plan). On the Sandbox I have assigned 1 pass for myself (since I am the only one developing and using the sandbox). For the production the remaining two have been assigned.
The weird thing is, if I am on the Sandbox environment and go to the Settings -> Plan(s) section nothing appears there. The licenses connected to my account is only 'Power Automate Free' and 'Power Automate Plan 2 Trial' if I check the Power Automate Portal. For all the other users they have a regular 365 Business Standard and Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial.
Lately (every 30-90 days) I have to renew the trial of Power Automate, but this should be included in the Per App Plan right? This is very inconvenient. I wondered if it is an issue that only that License Per User Plan can solve?
Hello @Anonymous,
Only Power Automate flows used in the context of an app are included in the Power Apps licenses. For standalone flows, or for flows with a high number of API calls, or for certain RPA scenarios, you will need Power Automate licenses, even if you have Power Apps licenses.
Maybe this is the issue? You can find more information in the Power Platform Licensing Guide.
