Filtering the Search Box sort by exact then partial

Hi All,

I've got a search box with a couple of column's defined. I'd like to return exact matches first then partial. Is this possible?

SortByColumns(
 Filter(
 [@'Dictionary'],
 ToBeDeleted.Value = "No",
 (TextSearchBox1.Text in Title) || (TextSearchBox1.Text in Description)
 ),
 "Title",
 If(
 SortDescending1,
 Descending,
 Ascending
 )
)
