Help to create buttons based on data from excel file

I have to prompt to user a question with a multiple choice options; the set of options comes from a query made with Power Automate over an xls file.
I suppose I've to do that using an adaptive card but I'm still not able to manage them...
Have you a sample I could copy/inspire from?
