Hi experts,
I have a requirement to create report to show list of Accounts which has more than 100 opened cases during last x year where x is 1.
I need fetchxml which can be used in report.

I would recommend adding Rollup Field to the account, running the Rollup Recalculation for accounts and using that field in your reporting.

I did tried that but I ran into roadblocks where I was not able to add filter on created on field to filter child records which are created in last x year 1

Yeah, I tried, and seems the Rollup field won't help.
Then I would recommend creating just a whole number and some kind of scheduled Azure Function/Power Automate Flow to populate that field for all of the accounts.
