Hello,
I am new to Dataverse and trying to understand few concepts
1. I have System Admin Role and System Customizer role. I created a Table called Test Table
2. I have copied Environment Maker role and created a new role Test Table Maker and granted all access to Test Table
3. Added one of my colleague to Test Table Maker role
4. My colleague is able to perform CRUD operations successfully
Queries:
1. My colleague cannot see record created by me ( System admin and System Customizer role)
2. My colleague can only see records created by him/her
3. I (System Admin and System Customizer role) can see all records
Why my colleague is not able to view records created by me?
Also how to restrict user with system Customizer role accessing to certain tables
