Can not view custom table created

Hello I am currently creating a custom table by "Get Data" from excel under the "Data" in power apps
It allows me to create the table but I can not view it there after .I was able to do this uptill now.The issue started 2 days ago.

Hi @eugenegurriah1,

Are you sure the table got created successfully? If so, ensure you have the right environment selected and pick All Tables:

Hi Eric thanks for the reply I have validated that the correct environment is created and "All Tables" select but still I can not view the table
When I try to create the table through "Dataflows" I get the error below
here was an error while creating this table. Details: The entity with EntityId = 'bb0edd1c-d3b5-eb11-8236-000d3ab421c2' was not found in the MetadataCache. MetadataCacheDetails: ProviderType=Dynamic, StandardCache=False, IsLoadedInStagedContext = False, Timestamp=12064959, MinActiveRowVersion=12064959, MetadataInstanceId=21073917, LastUpdated=2021-05-19 06:36:21.050. [Entity: Sheet1]
