Problems with downloading SharePoint file

I've been struggling with a download button in my PowerApp for a couple of days, and can't seem to resolve the issue.

The button in my app looks like this:

It launches a flow successfully, which creates the link to the file:

However, the app never opens the link.

I've changed the last part of the button to Launch("www.google.com") to test the functionality and that opens Google fine.

Pulling my hair out, so any help is appreciated.

Can you open the link of the power automate execution result normally in the browser?

Yes, when I copy this link created in the flow I can open the PDF fine.

OK, you create a label in the app, put the Downloadlink in the text attribute, and then confirm whether the link in the app is consistent with the one in power automate

Added a Text Input with DownloadLink in the text attribute. That field stays blank when I hit the 'Download PDF' button.

Also built in a timer of 60 seconds, because I thought it might not work because it takes 5-10 seconds before the PDF has been created, but that doesn't resolve the issue either.

So the problem is that the link of Power Automate cannot be passed to Power Apps, please confirm what is the content of the Output of Power Automate

    Hi Samuel-Zhou,

During the weekend I've changed many things, so I don't know which change eventually resolved the issue.

It started working after I changed the Downloadlink variable to var_Downloadlink, but that seems so silly that it's hard to believe that was the issue.

Anyway, all resolved now.... thanks for your help.
