Connection of Power Virtual Agent with Azure Bot Service to be integrated in Telegram

Hello,

I have created a Power Virtual Agent and an Azure bot service (via resource in Azure Portal). Also, I have integrated that Azure bot service with my telegram bot with the access token.

What I would like to know is how to connect my Power Virtual Agent to the existing Azure bot service. Because, I would like to access every flow built in that agent from my telegram chatbot.

Besides, there is also POST error to the bot, from the telegram side. I have also attached the error message.

Thanks and welcome to all help and advice.

    Hi @thinzar, here is an article written on this topic:

    @Thinzar the code sample are provided for pro developer to build a relay bot - this is something you would have to build from scratch using a development language (like C#) to integrate Copilot with a custom API (like Telegram). If you are not comfortable with server-side development then it is going to be very difficult for you to accomplish that.

    Can I ask what is the purpose of having Telegram connected to your Copilot? Who is the audience? What is the use case?

    @remidyon

    I am stuck in the process of using sample codes for PVA connector and conversation management. I have already created an Azure bot service and integrated it with telegram channel. The problem is that, I do not know where I should write or use those sample codes for relay bot? And it made me stuck in the process of connecting my PVA to the Azure service bot.

    Is there any idea or any specific article for in which file, I should write the codes and how to proceed?

    Thank you.

    Integration your copilot with the azure bot service requires considerable developer expertise - this is a fully custom build - where are you in the process of building your relay bot? What is working and not working?

    I am not familiar with Telegram chatid specifically - hard for me to guide you on this

    @remidyonHello,

    I have already check the document you provided.

    However, I want to deploy my whole PVA into the Azure bot service as mentioned in this article, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/publication-connect-bot-to-azure-bot-service-channels.

    However, I am stuck with the step of Managing conversation session with MS PVA. That is I do not know where to add the sample C# codes in the article. Could you please give me some advice for that?

    Plus, do you know how to get the telegram chatid with PVA/ power automate, after I have integrated the PVA with Telegram service channel via Azure bot service?

    Hello @Thinzar  and sorry for the delay - have you checked that documentation? Use a Microsoft Copilot Studio bot as a skill in Bot Framework bots - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
