Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I've got this page setup and want to be able to submit multiple personnel for the same event. However, when I hit the submit and keep event it only creates one record with the very last soldier on the left. Does anyone know how I can make multiple records? And how do I tell it if the rank and last name fields are blank to ignore them and not make a record?
