Suggestion Box template App

Hello,

I have installed the suggestion box template of Powerapp which fits my requirement. The problem is that it is built on the basis with various collection and no real data source. can anyone guide me how to use SharePoint as a datasource for this template or onedrive excel. Any Leads would be helpful.

Hi @Laxmikant

Thanks for tagging me. The process of converting some of these sample apps so that they work against Excel or SharePoint can be a long process - I've tried doing this in the past.

The way I would do this would be to create SharePoint lists or Excel tables with list/table names that exactly match the collection names. The field names should also exactly match the names in the collections. It would then be case of adding the new data source to the app and fixing whatever errors arise.

You will need to create the collections in to SharePoint Lists as @timl mention for example

I am thinking of creating a full app in sharePoint list once i have complated will share it.

@Ramole were you able to construct this to work with your own data source ie SharePoint list? I am looking to implement this as well with not a lot of resources for guidance.
