It's possible it's one of the controls itself.
* I would suggest trying other browsers
Chrome
Edge
FireFox
* Make sure to use Incognito/private mode.
Also is this a mobile app or standard web app?
* You can also try to roll the app back from the Details Page to see if that helps.
Lastly, you can try using Live Monitor to get a better answer
1. Close the App
2. Go to the Apps Tab
3. Find your App
4. Click the ... at the end and Select Details => Live Monitor
5. Once it loads, Click Play Published Version
6. Once your app attempts to load it should either fail as you expect OR LM will allow it to run.
If it fails right away
go back to Live Monitor
In the top right corner in Filter type Error
Look for a set of Error lines
Pre-Note: on the right side of Live Monitor in a vertical bar you will see the word Properties. Open it up
Now as you click through the error lines, one of them will cause the properties area to have 4 Tabs
The last one is Response
... This one is a bit newer so if you do NOT see that tab read the errors and lets see if you find it.
IF that does NOT work. I want you to clear the data (top left) from Live Monitor and remove Error
I want you to click on the Settings for Live Monitor and change it to Detailed mode. YOu will get TONS more lines of stuff, but it will probably tell you whats wrong easier.
