When creating or editing flows in PVA for teams im getting an error "Encountered internal server error from the XRM API. The tracking Id is 'bef0c0be-9856-46a6-8846-e071ed6c0832'" was working fine, any ideas?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @spamtomas ,

Can you take a picture of your workflow, please?

I think that this issue is related to your structure or something like that.

Hi yes, have narrowed it down to the excel connector, it appears to function, and all the dropdown boxes populate with the correct details and my account has full access to the library and checkout is turned off on the library but the flow will not save. Also using the connecter "Get workbook" is the same

    Great @spamtomas !

1- But inside your PVA response,  are you returning a specific column to your row?

2- Did you insert any inputs at your first action (trigger)?

I removed any input and output to make sure that wasn't causing it, this is not collecting or sending anything back. I was checking out our DLP policy for this environment, just in case, and it appears that the Excel (business) connector is not added in our business connectors so may be the cause. Usually in power automate the error would tell you its blocked by DLP. I will change our DLP and let you know if it resolves it Thanks!

Exactly, great to know that your issue will be solved! 🙂

I have added excel to the DLP my environment is under and given it an hour to be sure, hasn't worked. Still getting same error with that connector. Any suggestions or should i log a ticket?

Edit - looks like its the action "Get workbook" or "get a row" that are having the problem. Using action "Get a table" with the exact same library and file lets me save the flow!

Edit again - spoke to soon, while i can now save i cant run, error Flow '65d5a045-2e67-cb33-93ff-bd7c6fa40773' cannot be installed

    Hi @spamtomas ,

Try to remove the Excel connector.

If the issue persists, try to create another workflow with the same structure.

If the issue persists, open a ticket inside the Power Automate support team: http://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/support

I may log a ticket as creating a new connection is just timing out, after i check our network services first. Thanks for your help!

In case this is useful for anyone looking it appears the error messages delivered in PowerAutomate through PVA in teams are not as detailed as the ones you get in Power Automate. I recreated the flow in Power automate and was given a more detailed error

"The dynamic schema response from API 'excelonlinebusiness' operation 'GetTable' is too large, only schemas with at most '1024' properties are supported."

This enabled me to properly understand that the table I created in the excel document was to large, even if you plan to filter down, the Excel connector only supports 1024 columns. I recreated the document to reduce the columns and it works! Cheers
