Left part of the screen not responding to touch

Hi all,

The left part of my screen is not responding to clicks on mobile, it works fine in the development studio

Bar-chart and the leftmost bar does not open a pop up like the others
Button and only half of the button is responsive
Back arrow that should navigate to another screen and that does not work either.

The red line in the image below shows where the controls do not work

Any experience with those kind of issues?

Is it possible that you have another control in the foreground that is impacting that?

I would try (start with the back button) to bring that to the front...publish...refresh mobile and see if there is still an issue.

Also...is this happening on all apps and all devices?

1) throw together a very simple and quick app to test. Put a button on the left and some action on it. Then test on the device.

2) try another device to see if the issue is there as well.

In general, I've never experienced any issue like that which didn't fall into the issue of some other control in the foreground.

I tried adding a button over the back arrow and that does not work.

I tried the app with in Teams, and the behavior is the same there, the left part of the screen does not work.

I have not yet tested another phone.

The back button works on other screens so it seems to be bound to that particular screen.

But everything works in the development studio, so that is very strange.

I would definitely try on another device and see if the results are the same.

Also, a blank app with just a button on the left - to test it out.
