Inability to move field on a form

Hello,

Developing my canvas first app. I can't seem to move the data cards across columns or even within a column. Is there a setting I can turn on to do this?

You can click, hold and drag to the preferred position.
Usually it better done using the fields on the right pane of the form. See the attachment as well as the video below:

Please make sure that you unlock the data card first from the properties panel that shows up on the right.
Once the card is unlocked you should be able to move things around.
