Hi there,
I built a new bot and it is published, so any interaction with the bot should be counted on the analytics panels, but seems like it's not.
See below attached screenshot:
Is there anything else that needs to be done to activate the analytics as the Classic version was very straight forward in this regard.

@fernandosilva There is nothing you need to set up. What stands out from your screen shot is the date range of the two graphs. It is covering an unexpectedly large data range stating with 2018.If you scroll the charts all the way to the right, you should see the analytics. Can you try updating the data range to see if the charts refresh? The expected behavior is that the date range of the graphs match the date range selected at the top of the screen when one clicks on the update button. By default, it shows the most recent 7 days of data.-- Mike Bonincontri

Thank you for your reply and observations.
If you look at my screenshot on the top left, you will see the range that is selected.
The 2018 range is something that is coming from the platform itself and not a selection made by the user, in this case, me.
