The SharePoint components were failing yesterday afternoon with the error as Unauthorized (Access token not found). Different SharePoint components failed at different times with the same error.
Also the outlook component did 3 retires before sending a mail with error as InternalServerError.
Both the errors occurred intermittently.
We had a failure rate of 40%+ during the duration. Please provide a solution/explanation for the behavior by the power automate flow.
