I have 12 tables in a solution in Power App. I want to export the columns and column properties in them to excel.

Sure you can do it, try like this:
1. Go to the Table and then from the top, click "Data" - then from the submenu, click "Export data".
2. Then wait a few moments, and then click the blue link "Download exported data" from the right side.
Then extract the zip file to folder. Find a CSV inside the folder. Each column of it would be the column including the name of it.
If you had any data, some records will be there too and it could help just as a reference as well (I know you might not need the data specifically, but you can look over it quickly as well).
If you don't like the above you can use XrmToolBox and a free Plugin like Metadata related ones, it is free, but that is third party whereas the above it is Microsoft out of the box so you might much prefer the above.
